Colloqui CRM — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Colloqui CRM is a native client for a self-hosted Colloqui CRM server. Your contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and notes live on the server you choose — not on any server operated by the developer, who never receives them. The app makes no third-party connections and includes no tracking, advertising, or analytics.

Short Version

How Colloqui CRM Works

Colloqui CRM is a client, not a service. It connects only to the Colloqui CRM server whose address you provide. All of your data — people, companies, leads, opportunities, tasks, notes, and your account — is stored and controlled by that server. For a self-hosted instance, that operator is you or your organization. The developer operates no central service and has no access to your data.

Information Stored on Your Device

Network Connections

The app connects only to (1) the Colloqui CRM server address you provide — over HTTPS, or over plain HTTP on a local network you choose — for its REST API, and (2) Apple's APNs for push notifications. It makes no other outbound connections and includes no third-party SDKs.

Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app registers a device token with your Colloqui CRM server so it can alert you about task assignments and due dates. Your server delivers these through Apple's Push Notification service (APNs) — there is no third-party push gateway. Notification delivery is also subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Server-Side Integrations

A Colloqui CRM server can optionally be connected — by its administrator — to a self-hosted Colloqui chat server, or to Google Workspace through the organization's own OAuth client. Those integrations run entirely on your server under your organization's credentials; the iOS app does not send your data to those services itself, and the developer is never a party to that data flow.

What We Do Not Do

Data Retention and Deletion

Because your data lives on your Colloqui CRM server, it is retained and deleted there by that server's operator. Signing out clears the stored token from this device, and deleting the app removes its local cache. To delete your account or records, use your Colloqui CRM server directly, or ask its administrator.

Children

Colloqui CRM is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
