On first launch, accept the disclaimer and enter your numbers — your age, target retirement age, savings, monthly contributions, expected rate of return, and goal. The dashboard then shows your projected balance at retirement and how it compares to your goal. You can change anything later from the Profile screen.

MyFinPic uses standard future-value and compound-growth formulas based on the numbers you enter. All results are hypothetical and for educational and illustrative purposes only — they are not financial, investment, or tax advice, and actual results will vary. Please consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

Tap Profile on the dashboard to update your balances and assumptions any time. The app may also prompt you about once a month to refresh your balances so your projections stay current.

Beyond the dashboard, MyFinPic includes six calculators: Retirement Savings, Investment Growth, Portfolio Withdrawal (4% rule), RMD (Required Minimum Distributions), Tax-Deferred vs. Taxable, and a Social Security claiming optimizer. Each opens from the dashboard and uses your saved numbers as a starting point.

Yes. Everything you enter is stored only on your device and is never sent anywhere — the app makes no network connections. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To clear all your data and start over, open Profile and tap Reset & Start Over. Deleting the app also permanently removes all locally stored data.
