Yes. Colloqui CRM is the native client for the self-hosted Colloqui CRM server — it doesn't connect to any central service. You point it at your own instance, or one your organization runs. Learn how to set up a server on the Colloqui CRM page.

On the login screen, tap Server and enter your server's address — your HTTPS domain (for example https://crm.example.com), or a local address on your LAN. Then sign in with your username and password.

Accounts live on your server. The first visitor to a fresh instance walks through creating the initial admin account, and the admin adds everyone else. If your server has two-factor (TOTP) enabled, the app will prompt for your code at sign-in.

Make sure you allowed notifications when prompted (and that they're enabled for Colloqui CRM in iOS Settings). Push also requires your server to have Apple Push (APNs) configured. Notifications cover task assignments and due dates.

Yes. Your contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and notes live on your own server — the app talks only to it, plus Apple's push service for notifications. There's no tracking, advertising, or analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Signing out clears your stored sign-in token and cached data from this device. Deleting the app removes all of its local data. Your account and records remain on your server, managed there by you or your administrator.
